Marc Solomon Scheimann is currently the Manager of EMEA Client Services at mBlox, the leading global provider of B2C Mobile services. In technology-driven environments, Marc’s responsibilities have ranged from driving customer-centric improvement programs and the transformation of teams; including being selected as a champion to set up a £18m Operations Hub through talent selection, skills development and ratifying operational processes.

His technical experience includes roles with an emphasis on Service Delivery, ITIL Service Management (Capacity, Incident, Problem, Asset, Change & Release), Data Centre and Mobile expertise. Marc’s functional skill set includes remote people management, customer-focussed training and development, talent acquisition and service delivery across technical areas.

Prior to mBlox, Marc’s time was devoted to Fujitsu, a leading IT systems, services and products company servicing both the public and private sectors. At Fujitsu, Marc had responsibility for service operations management of a key government contract, including cost management of operational P&L costs (c. £2m/annum) and driving improvement and development of the service (SIP & CSI).

Marc is a graduate of City University London (MSc 2014), where he was awarded a full scholarship to read Innovation & Leadership. He holds a first kyu in Shotokan Karate (JKA) and third kyu in Japanese Jujitsu (TJF).
